Returns & Exchanges

At Snarkable, every item is made just for you — printed on demand when you place an order. That means we don’t keep inventory or process returns like big-box stores do. But if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.

🛠 If something’s wrong with your order:
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we’ll fix it — typically with a replacement or store credit.

To start a return request:
- Email us at returns@snarkable.com within 7 days of receiving your order  
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue  
- Wait for pre-approval before sending anything back — a return address will be provided if applicable

We’ll get back to you as quickly as we can — generally within 1–2 business days. In unusual cases where a replacement isn't practical, other solutions may be considered at our discretion.

🔁 If you ordered the wrong size, color, or changed your mind:
We don’t accept returns or exchanges for items that were made correctly. Each piece is printed to order, which helps us reduce waste and keep prices fair. That also means we can’t accept returns for sizing issues, color expectations, or buyer’s remorse.

✉️ Additional Notes:
- Return shipping costs are usually the customer’s responsibility unless we’ve agreed otherwise  
- All returns must be pre-approved — unauthorized returns may not be eligible  
- Once your order is with the carrier, it’s out of our hands. We don’t issue refunds for shipping delays, but we’ll do our best to help if things go seriously off track
